Terms of Use

These terms apply to the PaidYet app, made by Manuel Garrido. By using the app you agree to them.

What PaidYet is

PaidYet is a tool for creating invoices, tracking payments and reminding you what is owed. It is not an accounting service, a payment processor or a tax adviser.

Your invoices and your figures

You are responsible for what you send: the amounts, tax, customer details and payment instructions on your invoices, and for keeping your own records. PaidYet calculates from what you enter and does not check it against any law or rate.

The income summary

The tax year summary is a bookkeeping aid built from the payments you recorded, on a cash basis. It is not a tax form, not tax advice, and not a substitute for your accountant or the records the tax authority requires.

Your data

Your data belongs to you. See the Privacy Policy for what the app stores and where.

Purchases

PaidYet may be offered with a paid plan through Apple’s App Store. The price, term and cancellation are shown at purchase and managed through your Apple Account.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or always available, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes and the new version ships with the app.
